The Audi Q5 has received a new look, the sensible SUV has been with us for some time now and it is one of the most loved in its segments. We got some details for you on what’s new.

The popular 2.0-litre TDI engine has been bumped up from 140kW to 150kW but torque remains the same at 400Nm. A mild hybrid system has been added for improved efficiency and its 20kg lighter thanks to a new aluminium crankcase.

The Q5 is now a little longer, 19mm longer to be exact, the front has a new wider grille, new headlights and a newly designed bumper. At the back, there also is a newly designed bumper and has the option of three lighting pattern for the rear lights.

Inside, Audi has put in a new MMI interface that now has more computing power than the previous system, an advanced voice control system giving the driver more access to more features via voice control. Virtual Cockpit digital instrument cluster is now also available on the Q5 as well as a whole array of driver assistance features like upgraded adaptive cruise control.
