Audi has revealed it’s flavorful new Audi S3 in its Sedan and Sportback guises. As we know how much the outgoing S3 is such a loved car, this new S3 has big shoes to fill, based on the stats released by Audi we can say that the news sounds good.

The 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine is one that’s e know all too well now, as it is also used by VW with their hotter models. This time though it has been pushed to produce 228kW and 400N.m, making it accelerate from 0-100km/h in 4.8 seconds and has a Seven-speed Automatic gearbox with Quattro all-wheel drive as standard.

When looking at the front we see its large rhombus-patterned grille and impressive air inlets, while the housings of the exterior mirrors have a gleaming aluminum look. As an option you may request for some Matrix LED headlamps. While in the rear there is a large diffuser and the S3 signature four exhaust pipes.

Inside, the S3 has a smaller gear shifter with decorative aluminum or carbon inlays. A 10.25-inch digital display is offered as standard, Alternatively, the Audi virtual cockpit and its “plus” version can be selected. Both have a 12.3-inch diagonal, with the latter also offering three different screens. The sport seats have been newly developed, some of the upholstery is actually made from recycled PET bottles, accentuated by stylish contrasting stitching and in the middle of the instrument panel is a 10.1-inch touch display embedded in a large black panel.

As we still wait for the normal Audi A3 to launch 2021 the Audi S3 will be available in August 2020 overseas.
